TOOWOOMBA will be a hive of activity for 10 days this month as the region and visitors come together to celebrate the city's Carnival of Flowers.

The event will run from September 15-24.

Queens Park is the hub of the Carnival of Flowers, as it will feature beautiful garden beds, the Ergon Energy Food and Wine Festival and the Heritage Bank Live Concert series.

The Grand Central Floral Parade is expected to draw a big crowd when it begins at 3pm on Saturday, September 16.

Park your car at Picnic Point and catch the Park Shuttle or Park 'n Ride Festival Shuttle.
