FAMILIES flocked to the Creative Kidz Big Day Out at Ipswich Festival on the first weekend of May to enjoy the free events.

They discovered a world full of interactive activities, performances and workshops.

On hand to provide the entertainment was favourite owl pals Hoot & Hootabelle. They took over the stage for a sensational musical performance.

Kids also got the chance to run away to the circus for a day at the Sekisui House Circus School, where they mastered the art of the hula hoop, juggling, diablo and spinning plates.

Hosted by Sekisui House, Yellow Cabs and Storage King Ipswich, children laughed out loud with the inventive Dr Hubble in the Bubble Man Show, while the pied piper of little people, Tim Jackman, had the very young and young-at-heart under his musical spell.
