DEVELOPER Sekisui House recently unveiled some of the best land parcels yet at its $500 million Ecco Ripley masterplanned community as it seeks to keep pace with intense buyer demand following $6 million worth of land and house-and-land package sales in June.

"We've released a new stage off the back of strong buyer activity at Ecco Ripley as people realise the great value and quality on offer here," Ecco Ripley state sales manager Scott Blaney said.

"Some of the blocks have a hilltop location offering sweeping views across the area, so we are anticipating that they'll be enthusiastically received by this very active market."

Mr Blaney said Sekisui House expected sales to accelerate further with the first home buyer grant having risen to $20,000 in Queensland on July 1.

"It's a great initiative that will help first home buyers into the property market and make owning a home more affordable," he said.

The new release land is priced from $189,000 to $206,000 and blocks range in size from 375sqm to 570sqm.

Street frontages vary from 12.5m to 19m.

Launched in 2014, Ecco Ripley is already a thriving community with over 500 residents either moved in or building their homes.

The community will be boosted with the Stage One delivery of the $1.5 billion Ripley Town Centre, which will become the commercial and social hub of the region.

Once complete, the centre will offer a major regional shopping centre, a transit centre, health and education facilities, cafes, restaurants, parks and community facilities to cater for the region's projected population of 120,000 people over the next 20 years.

Construction has already started on the $40 million first stage of the town centre, which will deliver a full-line Coles supermarket, 20 specialty shops and a medical precinct opening in late 2017.

Sekisui House is focused on providing a wide variety of affordable and quality housing choices to ensure that Ecco Ripley continues to become a thriving and diverse community.

Buyers at Ecco Ripley presently can choose from duplex, Fit&Finished homes, house and land packages and land-only options.

Stage 5 offers a varied mix of block sizes that enjoy glorious hilltop positions.

Each enjoys stunning vistas across Ecco Ripley and the Brooking Parklands, with an outlook to the Flinders Ranges.

Stage 6 at Ecco Ripley is the last release of Brooking Rise, and the final opportunity to secure elevated land overlooking the picturesque master-planned community.

The large, builder-friendly blocks all feature wide frontages.

When complete, the stage will offer a diverse and tempting mix of living options for buyers to start living the life in Ripley Valley.
